It’s not about the best known making

Nor the contribution your willing to be taking
It’s an object projected from the past
More an action whose energy will always last

A small little girl, no older than five
Sat in her room, wanting to cry
She stood herself up and scanned the view
Knowing very well, just what to do

She began to arrange what she had seen
The mess her mother had told her to clean
Her environment of toys and comfort galore
All seemed so unreal when stuffed in her jour

So everyday she let them out
Gave each a name, a history, a route
Each to reach the dreams she dreamt
To see the outcome of each attempt

She wrote in her journal, each eye’s hue
And every character had made it through
They succeeded in accomplishing their goals and dreams,
Their teamwork and generosity sowed any ripped seams

All of this has lead me to believe
How to choose a career to achieve
It’s not the best salary, that helps you survive
It’s simply an answer to the question
“What have I loved since before I was five?”
